As a resident of the Lake Travis area for more than two decades, CC (Chadwin) specializes in marketing Luxury properties and helping buyers to find their dream home in her own “backyard.” The mission of her business is to give back to her community and to encourage others to do the same – that’s why at the close of each transaction she gives a portion of her commission to her client’s charity of choice. Chadwin believes Real Estate should be more about people than it is about property and is deeply committed to exceeding client expectations at every turn.
